BOULT AUDIO HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. I HAVE BEEN FOLLOWING UP WITH BOULT FOR THE REFUND OF MY COURIER CHARGES ON THEIR WHATSAPP CHAT NUMBER, HOWEVER, HAVE RECEIVED NO FRUITFUL OUTCOME TILL DATE. There is a problem in the Boult Voucher redeeming system when we try to redeem to our bank account. The customer care gives us a voucher code to get the refund, however when we try this on the boult website, we do not get any OTP from the boult system although mobile #, bank details, etc are 100 percent accurate. THEY HAVE BEEN HARASSING ME SINCE LAST TWO MONTHS LIKE THIS. THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE SEEN IN MY LIFE. HARASSING CUSTOMERS FOR NO RHYME OR REASON. CANT EVEN FIX THEIR FAULTY WEBSITE.
