I didn’t get any refund of my order of Kadence Tenor Size Ukelele (Order ID- 171-7544389-4517144) placed on 2 August 2021 at 12:49 AM of Amount 3499 INR.
I had called multiple times, got the same response that the amount had been initiated from Amazon. However, they didn’t get some kind of number from the bank and they have raised the ticket regarding that and told me to call after 7 business days. I called 3 times week after week got the same response. When I called today I heard that there’s not detail regarding this order. I am very overwhelmed kindly help me out with this issue.
