Big bazaar issued me Profit Club card by charging 10000 rupees but after few months big bazaar got acquired by reliance. Now neither reliance or big bazaar is entertaining my profit club card. I am feeling cheated and victim of a scam. Big bazaar customer care is totally not contactable. The customer care number is now invalid.
Please help me to get my refund.
