I purchase a smartwatch from Amazon, but I don’t like the product, and refund the product.
I refund the same product to the delivery person and submit the OTP. After 15 days company not refunding the amount of the watch. The company is saying that you submit the wrong product but cut the call. I already try 3 -4 times but no response.
