I had pathetic experience with goibibo. I feel cheated by such a big company like goibibo I was supposed to get a refund of 26,000 which has not being initiated from past 2 months. I have been giving proof for my honesty that it has not be initiated but still the company is not providing any sort of solution and no refund initiated in my bank.They dont revert back even after regular calls and emails.
. Feeling cheated..
