I’ve been trying to reach out to PayTM via emails, phones yet there is no response from their end for the past 7 days. My bank confirmed a successful payment to paytm yet they’re not refunding me the money after the transaction got failed. They deducted my money and it got debited but there is still no refund. Despite of Urban Clap cancelling the order I am not getting any refund or any response from PayTM. It’s so unbecoming of this lousy app. I’m willing to file a case against paytm. Here is the screenshot of the same.
