I ordered a 499/- rupees t shirt and never got it delivered. Contacted on all possible platforms but no response…be it whatsapp or instagram or even their own website. I even contacted them and by luck they picked up the call and told me that the stock was finished and it takes time for the product to be delivered but they didn’t say any specific date and as of now there is no contact, no refund generation and no delivery. Its been over 5 months but I haven’t got anything from the seller’s side. I even warned them that I’ll file a complaint if you don’t respond but there was no action. I request the court to look into this matter as I am not the only who has got scammed by this website. Thank you.
