I purchased an iPhone 11 (INR 52,999) during prime days sale using HDFC credit card but as per sale advertisement I did not get any discount.
In the amazon.in home page, it was clearly mentioned that discount was up to 1750 OR 10% on HDFC credit card.
Also the iPhone I purchased was clearly mentioned in the list of phones which were eligible for the discount but still I did not get any discount.
To clarify this issue, I tried to call customer service center but did not get any proper solution/answer. Thereafter I also raised this concern with Amazon on cs-reply@amazon.in and here also I’m not getting response even after sending multiple reminders.

Request to help & resolve this concern as Amazon is behaving like a shameless e-commerce platform who is trying to portray something and actually doing something else.
They also do not even care to respond to such concerns raised by customers.
