Respected sir

I beg to place my grievance before your table as nobody in India is to reply to my genuine case.

I made an order (vide No # 171-3905589-0563529, dated : 28th May 2023), in which I paid to buy “Boult Audio Probass Curve Bluetooth Wireless Earphone costing Rs. 899.00 , along with Milton water bottle for both of which I paid in advance.

However I was delivered only Milton water Bottle in the packet but the Earphone was missing, for which I informed the customer care, and they sent a different packet after that and that packet contained a mutilated, old and used earphone , for which I complained Amazon and the return was fixed two times. Firstly the return was scheduled on 1St June 2023 and the pick-up agent refused to take and asked to reschedule the same. Ultimately the return was picked up on 2nd June 2023, and I was assured the refund when the goods reached back to the seller. I kept on reminding through various calls and chats to customer care and they asked for more time to verify the return and issue the refund. However till now I have not been returned my outstand amount of 899.00

I have been a Prime Member of Amazon for more than 15 years from 2008.
I am very upset by this behavior of the seniors of Amazon as if I have been at fault. I am forced to seek legal shelter as I was not replied to at customer care.

Please help me , as I had received the mutilated , used and deplitated product I have already returned
