Dear Sir/mam,
Against my order no as stated in the subject line, I haven’t received my refund for the 9 quantities of items out of 10 items (received refund for only 1 quantity) placed in the order (dated 3-April-2021) due to wrong items sent in the order repeatedly in the replacement as well.
The issue has been taken up with the customer support repeatedly & being followed up for more than a month with no resolution. At last now my account has also been blocked and I am unable to login into the flipkart account and customer support is asking me repeatedly to wait for 72hrs and all in vain.
My refund of Rs 595*9=5355/- is still pending with flipkart. Therefore, I again request you to look into the matter & initiate the refund into the source by 27-May-2021. Otherwise I may have to take up this matter into the consumer forum for the resolution of the same.
