- I had done a transaction and the amount had been deducted from my side and the receiver did not received it yetÂ
- The customer care executives gave no response to the conplaints raised and no hearing was done on their specified helpline numbers .
- Many messages had been sent for the initiation of the refund but it has still not been initiated
