Text of Complaint by Arjun Sanyal:

I had made a booking in OYO rooms on 10th march worth 2106/-. The payment did not reflect on the website but the amount was debited from my account. I subsequently received a msg from OYO saying that the refund is initiated. It has been 19 days since then and no refund has been credited in my account. Oyo customer executive also failed to tell the reason for refund failure. Booking id : UOPH8493
