I have been having a poor customer experience with gozefo for the last 3 months. I had placed an order of 3 products out of which one was cancelled. The cancelled product is worth 15k rupees and I have been following up with the customer service on the refund to be initiated but to no avail. I still see no progress on the refund issue even after raising a ticket with the customer service. The ticket number for reference is 5879600994
