I was trying to place an order from the boat website on 21st June 2022, when the amount was debited from my account but order was not placed. I have contacted .my bank and they say that the transaction happened from their end. I have also been contacting boat for the last two months and they have been making a fool of me asking me to wait for 2 days. They have not resolved my complaint till date.
