HeyCoach’s NEET crash course was poorly managed from the start. Despite their claims of a structured two-month program, classes were often shuffled without any prior communication. This created a lot of confusion and disrupted our child’s preparation. When we decided to withdraw from the course due to the lack of consistency, they denied us a refund. We regret choosing this program and want our money back.
