This is in regards to Order ID OD225184548628631000 and OD225183052178582000. These items were cancelled from my end since the size did not fit my requirements however the amount continued to reflect in my total amount. I had made multiple calls to customer care and all promising that the issue will be resolved but no one was able to resolve the issue and eventually I had to pay the amount. Looking forward for help to get the amount credited back to me.
