Travelgenio has taken more than 6 weeks to process a simple refund request. Instead, it marked the refund as complete on its website even though it hasn’t paid back the refund. Outrageously, they refuse to answer any emails, and their call agents refuse to report this matter to the refund department. This is serious fraud, there are many people like me out there who’ve been scammed by Travelgenio, and they should not be allowed to do business.
