I booked one bus ticket from Paytm for journey from Pachora to Pune (Date- Oct 26, 2022). As per my ticket and paytm app, it shows that i am eligible for 100% refund in case of cancellation before 24 hours of journey. I called customer care before 4 days of journey on daily basis. Each time customer care mentioned that I am eligible for 100% refund and just before journey time customer care mentioned that i won’t get any refund (I have all call recordings). My order id is 19433636481. There is no refund from Paytm yet. Please look into this matter.
