Dear Sir,
I had booked a JET AIRWAYS ticket for my wife on 2nd April, 2019 for Mumbai to Kolkata via PAYTM having PNR WQLCSN and the passanger name SAGARIKA THAPA.Since the JET AIRWAYS has called off their services, we are supposed to get the refund for the same ticket.But its been a year now and their is no response from PAYTM as they say we have not got any claims from JET AIRWAYS. I had called the JET AIRWAYS customer care and they say that refunds has been processed . We are in an ambiguous situation. Please help to know whether we are gonna get a refund for the same or the money is just a donation for the dried up finances of JET AIRWAYS.
