I have ticket booked on Nov 2022 but ticket not booked but payment deducted but last 12 month following up on Refund but every time Reply from Customer care we are refunded within 7 days. But till date payment not credit on my account. Now few days Customer care number is closed. Please Help for Refund amonut 4726/- Rs
