Makemytrip has got refund from Spicejet for my cancelled flight and it shows processed on application as shown in screenshot. But I have not received anything in my bank yet when I should get it latest by 2nd of November 2020. I tried to call them or chat with them and I couldn’t find any way to contact them. I don’t know how can I get my money back now. It’s 8844/- rupees.
