Sir,
I had booked a ticket on 20 september 2018 on official website of irctc using my debit card. But it had failed and an amount of 415 had been deducted from my bank account.
So i contacted irctc customer care and provided all the required documents (i.e transaction id, bank statement, screen shot, bank’s email, etc) in my mail to the email id of irctc.
The customer care executive had asked me to wait for maximum 15 days,
- But its more than one month and still i havenot got my refund. Every time i contact customer care, they told me to wait for 24-48 hours. And its going on and on.
So i requested you to kindly look into this matter..
Here below, i mention some details regarding my complaint,
Transaction id – 100001448453233
Ticket id – 2017469 and 1961216
Amount – 415.68 rupeees
Date of booking- 20 september 2018.
