I hav orderd a saree cod 2000rs in instagram

I received a cheap material saree different which i hav not chosen, so i contacted the seller for return and get me the saree which i have choose
Then seller gave return request and asked me to wait for 7days. Now its more than 7days passed i contacted the seller he/ she didn’t replay and later blocked me.
Kindly help me abt this issue AND get back my money 2000rs.
