I have returned a product through self ship as amazon asked me to
And they promised me to refund the courier charges also
Its been 2 months my courier charges of Rs 3115/- yet not refunded
The item was seller fulfilled and amazon promised to refund the courier charge, but its been 2 months no refund inspite numerous calls
