I have ordered a CASIO watch with order ID: FL0290498605 on 6th august, 2021 from AJIO. It was delivered on 12th august 2021, I dint like it and I have returned the product and I got update regarding pick up done and refund will be initiated by Monday, 30 August. My money should be refunded before 31st of august 2021. Suddenly Now the status of my order changed to “delivered” a day before. There is no information regarding refund now.
Also I got a message stating “HI minaxi, We are glad you changed your mind about returning The ajio product FL0290498605”. on 1st september.
How can i change my mind once the product has been returned and not with the customer?
Rs. 3326 is a big amount. Its been more than 2 months, no money refunded into my account.
