I ordered an item of House of Quirk Universal Triple Seater Sofa Cover Big Elasticity Cover for Couch Flexible Stretch Sofa Slipcover (Grey/Orange Prism, Polyester & Polyester Blend) on 9th August but found wrong item then after discussing with Amazon customer service they created an replacement order of the same item and returned the wrong item from our end but till date neither the right item found nor any refund initiated.
