I booked an international refundable ticket on yatra since my dates were unsure. When i went to cancel the ticket yatra.com told me that they had issued me a non refundable ticket even though their system showed a refundable ticket and the cancellation charges for the same would be 100percent of the ticket amount.
They are now refusing to refund the amount. The same has also happened with a domestic ticket that i booked.
I beleive yatra.com is selling by giving wrong information to the consumer.
