I have ordered a sweatshirt on 23rd november and I have received a different design from the website design . I asked for replacement and even after that I received the same wrong product, so I asked the customer service to raise a return request and start the refund process. But, now they claim that the product which I have send is wrong and I won’t get refunded nor they will return me the product. In this case, my Rs.849/- is stuck with amazon and they are not willing to take any action . I am really disappointed and would like to seek for redressal.
