I booked the flight with reward points and made the booking, but got to know later that rewards points was not deducted due to some technical issue on indigo website. Asked the customer support to use the rewards point to confirm the ticket but they refused and asked to book again. They said they will refund the full amount and for compensation they will ask a senior person to call and see whats possible. I didnt recieve any calls and on further follow up they said they cant refund the amount. Everything is recorded and now apart from the refund , i would want more compensation for the harassment and wastage of my time.
