Text of Complaint by Vrunda:

I purchased a suitcase on 20th July. It has 10 days Return policy so when I didn’t like the size and quality of it’s zipper and lock function and it had no exchange available so I ordered a new one and placed return request for the one I bought on 21st. since then they have not picked up item and gave me different dates 5 times so I stayed home whole day but noone called or came to pickup. Now they don’t even refund my money and not answering in mail , chat or call.
