I bought a sofa cum bed from Amazon on 22 May 2023. Had to return it because it was not at all like the images. The website says that the refund is issued but it is not reflected in my bank account. Their customer service is not providing any solution. All calls and messages are replied by bots. No one is listening to my complaint.
