I ordered inner wears from Ajio app and paid the amount. At first there was delay in processing the order and shipping it. As it was a prepaid order, I use to track it once in a day or in two days. It was never shipped to my address because it used to show ‘the order is booked’ and after few days the order got cancelled automatically but it was written ‘refund will be received right after the order is returned back to sender’ and it’s almost two weeks since it’s written ‘refund initiated’ and have never received the amount yet.

I booked order from Ajio on 13th October 2022, it says it delivered on 15th October 2022 which was not done then I called customer care they told me it will be delivered on 17th October 2022 again it was not, then told me to wait till 22nd October 2022 we surely send the product. Today it was not delivered, they are neither cancelling the product nor sending the product. I faced lot of harassment with Ajio. First time I purchase the product & it’s a pathetic experience. I need my money back; I don’t need the product from this site now
