I placed an order for a 1kg cake from Ribbons and Balloons on 26th April 2022 for INR 1014. 7 mims before delivery zomato/ its partner cancelled the order. It was paid from my NRE accoubt now two weeks layer the money is still not in my account and dont think it can be credited. But, Zomato agents instead of helping keep transferring the chat to one another. I am tired of following up and just want the money pit as Zomato credit, to which also they refuse. Agents transfer chat to one another by minute thus resulting in the person giving up. Some agents who did this today are (Tagur, Zia, Nethipudi, Sheshank, Apeksha, Pushpa…)
