Biryani by Kilo, did not deliver one item and then when raised a formal complain (complain number 69619), they simply are trying to play delay tactics and its been over two weeks now, that customer care have been lying with statements like “it will be done tomorrow”. The refund never comes and every time I reach customer care, they come with new excuse.
