I’ve made a rent payment of Rs 32000 for which I was charged Rs297 as processing fee on 2 nd February 2020 through cred app.
Unfortunately the beneficiary account was closed on 31st January two days before the transaction. Now it’s been 6 months I’ve provided bank statement to cred support justifying no credited amount. But they keep ignoring my mails and texts.
