Text of Complaint by Raghavan:

I have registered a complain with following query id

  1. 102413249
  2. 102412974

Both are related to fast tag charges which were already paid for by credit card. Inspite of multiple follow up  there is no response. When you call the customer help, the only answer is that money would be refunded in 45 days, when asked for a written confirmation with a date that’s never confirmed.

not only poor  quality of service, but also complete lack of empathy and understanding.

If the money is not refunded and there is no response, need to raise  complain with consumer court.
