Refund for the cancelled AirIndia flight from Delhi -> Heathrow booked through MakeMyTrip (MMT) has not been received yet. Flight details:

Date of Cancellation: 25.06.2021
PNR : Y2BZ4
The refund request was raised on 25th Jan and there is no communication from MakeMyTrip or AirIndia regarding the same.
It has been 8 months since this issue has been going on. I have given more than 50 calls to MakeMyTrip.
