Text of Complaint by Abhisek Kumar:

I have booked a ticket from this website www.travolook.in and paid additional premium for zero cancellation.

However, when asked for cancellation almost 2 weeks before scheduled departure date, the customer care is saying i will not get any refund as my ticket was non-refundable. I had in fact bought zero cancellation and paid extra premium only because i want to protect myself from any last moment cancallation due to uncertain covid situation.

This company cheated me by taking premium and delivering no service to me. This company is saying they would have refunded me money if Airlines refunds money, however,  in that case why anyone would buy zero cancellation. No other travel website has such nonsense policy of zero cancellation and they all refund booking amount in case cancellation made by buyer irrespective of airlines policy against the premium of zero cancellation.
