i had made an order of 2373.69 on 19th July, partially through sodexo and another part through UPI. Since then I have been waiting for the order to be delivered. Now, the status shows delivered but I still haven’t received the order. I had made several complaints on the toll-free number. My first complaint number was 0022926171, on this complaint no action was taken, every time I call them, they tell me that my refund status is still under process and will take a few days and its been a month now and I still haven’t received my refund. another complaint number was issued to me- 0022941659, on this also no action has been taken yet. they tell me that they have made a request of my refund and has forwarded my complaint to seniors to check as to why this is taking so long. To date, I still haven’t received a single call or text or acknowledgement from your side with regard to either of the complaint.I don’t know if this is a fraud company or what as it is not expected from a company like jio.
