Hi Team,
I have tried to book the ticket from patna to hyderabad on 22nd Feb and the money was deducted instantly but booking was not confirmed. After 30 mins I received a call from executive that fare price has been increased and now you have to pay 1500 rs extra so I said no and they cancelled my tickets. And now it has been more than 20 days and I have not received my refund. My ref no is REF012011151
I tried to contact the customer care but they always cancel my call after answering it and they are not even responding on email. They just sent the same email twice by just doing the copy paste but Tipp now there is no update on my refund status. Please help
