I had an Amazon Kindle Paperwhite 10th gen 32gb, purchased on June 30 2020. The Device was working properly untill May 24 2021, but it stopped all of a sudden, when I contacted Amazon, they informed me that since the product is still in warranty it will be replaced, but later clarified that due to some technical reasons the replacement can be done, but they would issue a refund. The return was picked up on 27 May 2021, it has reached the ware house on June 3, the order details show that the refund is issued and is being processed, but I did not receive any refund till now. I contacted the customer service thrice, every time they claim to raise a ticket and would tell me they would get it done in 3 days. Today I called for the fourth time to hear the same response. This is really ridiculous from an International company with such poor service. I wish to get the issue resolved as quickly as possible
