I ordered (Order Id- 17340) the cake on 24th September 2023 on your website (Kinkin). However, they failed to delivered cake. I received the confirmation email for the cancellation & refund request on the following day.
After taking several follow ups in the past I’m still awaiting the refund. It has been seven month no refund & also no update till date. There is no customer care & only email id is available for formality purpose, chat available but just for show off as running on website but actually no responce apart from my message.
