Text of Complaint by Nehal Goenka:

I had booked 2 tickets from Bagdogra to Ahmedabad via New Delhi for 4th Aug, 2022 through HappyEasyGo. Spicejet rescheduled it for more than 24 hours. That’s why all the round trip tickets were cancelled and refunded fully by spicejet. HappyEasyGo asked me to wait for maximum period of 90 days after which I’ll receive the amount. Now they aren’t receiving phone calls and not replying to mail. Intent to defraud the customers and mental harassment.
