I HAD ORDERED 2 PAIR OF SLIPPERS FROM AJIO WHICH WERE DELIVERED ON 29/9/22 BUT BOTH OF THEM WERE A SIZE BIGGER FOR US, SO THEN WE MADE AN EXCHANGE REQUEST BUT WHEN THE DELIVERY AGENT CAME FOR REPLACEMENT DUE TO SOME TECHNICAL GLITCH HE COULDN’T TAKE BACH THE ORIGINAL DELIVERED PRODUCT. SO I MADE A RETURN REQUEST WITH REFUND AS WELL ON 14/10/22 BUT NOTHING HAPPENED. THEN I STARTED CALLING THE TOLL FREE NUMBER BUS AS SOON AS THE AGENT RECEIVED THE CALL THEY HAVE DISCONNECTED MY CALL EACH AND EVERY-TIME. THEN AFTER GETTING FRUSTRATED I MAILED THEIR CUSTOMER CARE REGARDING THE ISSUE ON 27/10/22 AND TILL THE DATE THEY HAVE BEEN GIVING FAKE HOPES AND NOTHING.
