I had booked my bus tickets from Mumbai to Bangalore using paytm for 21st Jan 2018.. While booking tickets Bus was displayed as sleeper on portal..But after paying when my invoice is generated it had my bus details as semisleeper. Hence i requested paytm for full refund..But I am not getting any response even after calling multiple times..Everytime i am assigned with new reference number and they will keep on telling me it is on priority and willget resolved ib 24 hrs…Its been 2 weeks now I am not getting any response.Please help me to resolve same. my booking id is 6652281167
