I recently placed an order for a pair of boots from Byzantic Men’s wear- (Mumbai) and the seller said there is availability of those particular boots. I pay 1870 through paytm and when the shoes arrived, it wasn’t the same boots as shown in the picture. I contact the seller and told him the same he agreed that it was his fault for sending the wrong item and asked me to refund the boots back to him. I post him the shoes back but he never pays my money back nor send me the shoes.
