Text of Complaint by Geetika:

I placed an return request for airdopes i received because the quality was not upto the mark. The item was picked up on 11th september but i have not received the refund yet. When i called the customer care multiple times without even understanding they just said that we have received a different product that is why we cannot refund your money.
Just tell me one thing whenever any return or exchange happens , no delivery partner picks up the product without fully checking it, then how is it possible that you have received a different product?
This clearly means either a theft has happened from delivery partner’s side or in amazon’s transit and customer is not responsible for this clearly. Then why should we suffer because of the thieves in amazon!!!!
We are not responsible for all this that has happened. We have returned the same product hence we are expecting the full refund against it. Whatever has happened is amazon’s mistake and not ours, so kindly refund the money.
