I placed a COD order with ID: FL0191344703 which was delivered in Nov 2020. It was delivered to me but it was marked as returning to seller. I contacted Ajio for return and they picked up the item on Feb 20, 2021 after calling them multiple times. Now they are not refunding my money. Every time I call or email them, I get a standard reply that issue has been escalated and I need to wait. It’s been 4 months and I’m tired of calling and following up with them. I need my refund.
