No refund after my ticket was cancelled by Air India.

Text of Complaint by Paritosh Prabhudesai:

I had booked Air India tickets on 16th July 2021 which were scheduled for 31st July.
Itinerary: YYZ – Delhi – Goa and back.
AirIndia rescheduled one of my tickets with intimating me.
When I called the customer service on 25th July 2021, they agreed to cancel the tickets and issue my refund within 14 working days.
After this I made numerous calls to the customer service and also sent emails to contactus@airindia.in as well as to ecommerce@airindia.in as advised by
the customer service representatives.
But I have not received the refund as of date. (3 months since the time they had promised to refund)
Everytime I call, I am told different statuses
Once they said you will receive in 2 days.
After that they said refund is in process and I have to fill feedback form and I will receive the refund in 5 working days.
After that I was told the refund is not yet started.
I don’t know what to do.
AirIndia ate my money and is peacefully enjoying while I am struggling here to get my hard earned money back.
