Text of Complaint by Aditi Dudeja:

We took a bus from Delhi to Rishikesh on 24/12/2023, 06:00 AM. It took a hault at Roorkee and to our surprise the bus didn’t start after that. The drivers told us that the bus isn’t able to charge and that it not their responsibility now and we have to arrange a new transport on our own. All the passengers including senior citizens, children and ladies suffered from grave inconvenience and had to arrange the transport on their own for more than half of the way.

We were females and were left in the middle of the highway. The customer support promised us refund within 1 week, which we haven’t received till now, it’s been over a month.

I tried calling them later, multiple times, but the customer service people are putting me at hold and not responding.

We want our due refund. We want justice
